What do I need to view multi-media content?

Some resources may include media in the Adobe (formerly Macromedia) Flash format, for which you will require the Flash plug-in.

If you saw an animation playing in the box below, you have the Flash plug-in installed.

If the animation did not appear, you can download the player from the Flash download page.

Some sites use the Mediasite Player to display video lectures with synchronised slides. Depending on which web browser you use, you may need to download the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in to view video lectures. Visit the Mediasite Technical requirements website to check that your computer set-up meets the minimum requirements to run the Mediasite Player and for links to download any necessary plug-ins.
