      Sestertius of Vespasian with the legend IUDAEA CAPTA

Sestertius of Vespasian (69-79 CE) minted at Rome, bearing the legend IUDAEA CAPTA (British Museum BMC Vespasian 342). VEspasian issued a large series of coins to commemorate the defeat opf the First Jewish Revolt (66-70 CE).
