Systems Biology

An overview of the Systems Biology graduate course as taught in 2004 by Professor Alexander van Oudenaarden from MIT. The material contains syllabus, lecture notes and assignments. This course introduces the mathematical modeling techniques needed to address key questions in modern biology and includes lectures on systems microbiology and cell systems.
