The Stoics

Stoic philosophy is best known for its contribution to virtue ethics. But for Stoics, ethics interlocks with logic and physics. In this course we will hence explore a range of intriguing and fascinating ideas by studying and discussing ancient sources.

(The picture is nice, but probably shows Zeno of Elea, not Zeno of Citium.)
